It is only after we have used these desks for a month now, I can surely say that it has made a whole lot of difference, not only in the way how we work but also improving the posture and a clear reduction in the back pain.

Andrew suggests this idea where there is a good mix of sitting and standing habits. Our bodies simply do not tolerate the repetitiveness of being in one posture the whole day. I couldn't agree more!
