Our company policy requires us to check with the customers individually for any orders that we receive which is more than $500. So we did. Upon calling the contact number, no one would answer the phone and we left a message. They called us back to say that they were visiting the Doctor and the order is a geniune order. We checked the email contact and it looked legitimate as it was a business email.
The order was delivered and was received at the customer's end.

No, the credit card wasn't stolen - the scammer got it off one of the tourists!
